Our mission
Helping older people live independently for longer.
Ageing is expensive, and the system is hard to navigate. Our job is to make it easier for older people to unlock the support they are entitled to. Quickly, simply and without the stress.
This can mean more money for taxis, heating, a cleaner or carer, or equipment in your home.
We’re here to help you live life on your terms.
Our values

Access for all
We believe no-one should miss out on the support they need. No matter your income, location, internet usage or disabilities, we make sure our help is within reach and accessible to everyone.

Championing older people
We give a voice to an important – but often forgotten – demographic. Through trusted relationships, we help advocate for your various ageing needs, so that you can live life on your terms.

Getting real results
We focus on whatever matters to you most, delivering tangible outcomes that make life easier and have broad social impact. We put you first and we only succeed when you do.
Our promise
Trusted help.
Better outcomes.
At Kinly, we are here for you. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, and always aim to be friendly, respectful and kind.
Our team
Based in the UK, and founded upon personal experience looking after older relatives, each member of our team is dedicated to our mission.
The clue is in our name: our friendly experts are on hand to offer kinship and kindness when you need it the most.
