Based in the UK, and founded upon personal experience looking after older relatives, each member of our team is dedicated to our mission.
The clue is in our name; our friendly experts are on hand to offer kinship and kindness when you need it the most.
Arthur & Harry
Co-Founders
Five years ago, we became carers for our fathers before they passed away. We found help hard to find, and often unavailable.
We wanted to do something about this, creating a trusted place where families could turn through their ageing journeys.
By doing this, and using our backgrounds in healthcare and technology, our goal is to significantly improve the lives of older people and to deliver the outcomes of NHS 10 Year Plan: community, digital, prevention.

Former senior leader of Age UK’s Information & Advice team, building a gold-standard benefits advisory team and leading two national quality audits.
Leads Kinly’s centre of excellence for benefits support, implementing all aspects of training, quality reviews and assessments. Passionate about delivering support at-scale and increasing access to all social groups.

Senior Advisor
Associate Professor of Gerontology at Simon Fraser University and Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing.
Leads Kinly’s scientific research into ageing and evidence-based public policy work, ensuring everything Kinly does is grounded in science and measurably contribute to improving healthy life expectancy.
